Our core business, a molding process that allows us to shape with dedicated molds and by controlling pressure and temperature, synthetic and natural materials in the form of rolls or sheets.
The main materials used are polymers such as Polyethylene, EVA and Polyurethane often laminated with synthetic fibers such as Polyester and Polyamide.
It is also possible to thermoform natural fibers such as Wool Felt, Kenaf, Coconut, Agave. Natural latex is an excellent clumping agent in this case to obtain a completely biodegradable package. It can then be laminated with natural fabrics such as cotton and linen or even hemp and bamboo yarns.
We develop and process all graphics internally for clients’ customisation, a service increasingly requested by the market which allows us to have even greater direct control over the quality of the finished product.
Each moulding process requires a precise preparation of the relative graphic support. With a dedicated internal department we are able to satisfy the different requests and needs of our customers by guiding them in choosing the most suitable graphic solution for each item.
Injection molding uses a mix of granulated, virgin and recycled synthetic resins, which, once melting point is reached, is injected into dedicated cold moulds.
The process allows even very complex geometries to be obtained with extreme speed and precision, but unlike thermoforming it does not allow multi-densities to be managed within the same molding.
Sublimatic printing is an indirect printing process that allows us to reproduce complex four-color graphics, even full-field, on polyester fabrics by indeed sublimating the color from printed paper to fabric.
A printing technique that is becoming increasingly popular due to its characteristics: starting from a white polyester fabric, therefore cheaper, it is possible to transfer any graphic full-field, even extremely complex ones such as photographs, maintaining very high resolution and chromatic fidelity .
DIE & CNC
Die-cutting is a fast manual cutting process in large volumes which, using special dies, allows us to cut sheets, rolls, flat or thermo-formed materials.
CNC cutting is the latest technology, no dies involved, vector files are directly cutted by a 2 axis plotter.
We offer a complete service for buth processed: from the development of the appropriate templates to the creation of the cutting die or vector files.
Our department has over twenty die-cutting presses, to meet internal needs and for third parties.
The CNC plotter offers absolute cutting precision of both small and large items, fast and reliable, although limited to planar surface.
Transfer printing is a heat-sealing printing process that allows you to transfer four-color graphics through hot pressure from a support film to the finished piece.
The graphic performance is excellent with absolute coverage. The limit may be the abrasion resistance depending on the application and the need for a flat printing area.
Shaping is a mechanical cutting process that allows three-dimensional removal, using a circular blade and a special mold, of targeted surfaces of medium-low density materials such as expanded polyethylenes and polyurethanes.
This technology is mainly used for the production of padding with different fields of application, from sports items such as ski boots and cycling pads to furnishing elements or sound-absorbing panels. Unlike thermoforming no heat is involved in the process thus preserving intact orginal material properties.
Pad printing is an indirect printing process, we can reproduce mono and bi-chromatic graphics transfering the ink from a supporting cliché onto the finished piece, fast and with high fidelity, even on 3D surfaces.
With a dedicated department we guarantee absolute control over the entire production process: preparation of the vector file, printing of the support film, development of the appropriate cliché and printing.
Graphic design and development costs are therefore competitive, productivity and quality are guaranteed with 5 double-head stations for a daily production of over 20,000 pieces.
